How far in advance should I book?
Brides: 3–6 months. Events or photos: 2–4 weeks.
Do your services include false lashes?
Yes, all services include premium lashes.
Do you offer bridal trials?
Yes, and they are highly recommended.
Do you travel on location?
Yes, within and outside Reno. Travel fee applies.
How long does each service take?
Between 60 and 90 minutes.
Do you work with mature or sensitive skin?
Absolutely. I adapt all products and techniques to your needs.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, your booking is only confirmed once the deposit is made.
Service Policies

Bookings
A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments.
Without a deposit, the date is not secured.
Punctuality
Please arrive on time.
Delays of 15 minutes or more may result in reduced or cancelled service without refund.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Rescheduling is allowed only once and depends on availability.
On-Location Services
Travel fee based on distance.
For weddings, I provide on-location services for a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 people, ensuring personalised attention and flawless results for each guest.
Hygiene & Safety
Strict sanitation protocols are followed.
All brushes and tools are disinfected between clients.
Payments
Payments accepted via Zelle or PayPal.
Full payment is required 5 days before the appointment.
